I am in the profession of providing services to customers and clients to facilitate their home purchases and home sales. I am successful because I prospect continually on your behalf, and because I am constantly striving to improve myself, what I do, and how I do it. I believe that integrity, honesty, hard work, courtesy and the acceptance of responsibility for a smooth real estate transaction is only the beginning of the committment to service that I, as a REALTOR, should provide to my clients.

I consider a buyer or seller to be a customer for life and even after the transaction closes, maintain contact with these valued clients by providing information which may prove beneficial to them.

My goal is to earn a value-based relationship, which will produce a lifetime of referrals and "raving fans" for a job wee-done -- not only for myself, but for my friends and clients that refer business to me.

I treat my clients' interests as if they were my own and I provide service to my customers as I wish to receive for myself. I will always strive to do the best at what I do.

He was also the Federal District Coordinator for Senator Craig Thomas. Joe has participated as a member of Cheyenne LEADS and is a current member of the Cheyenne Chamber of Commerce.

Joe is the incoming President of the Wyoming CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Chapter for 2005 and 2006.
